Will Lovestruck run in the July

Anyone with money on that horse today had rocks in their head. I feel there first choice was this race but when he made it into the July field the jock was never going to ride him hard, that would totally stuff him up for the July. This horse will finish in the top half of the field of the July.

What happened to FoF

Owner who is a clanner deserves the pride of having his runner take it's place in the Big One.

Did u guys notice that lovestruck was ridden by anton in gauteng b4 winning gr1 - today gitiano was ridden by randolph but anton rode previously... Any theories guys or just one of those things

agree, MENTOR didnt select final field , he wouldnt have paid the big entry fees if he didnt think he have a chance , show me one owner who doesnt dream of having a runner in the July , enjoy every moment MENTOR and if you dont have a ticket you have no chance . Go enjoy it ya good man. You deserve the opportunity with this good horse , great clansman and even greater owner

Guys Love struck is very well and will DEFINETLY run in the Vodacom July., I am a very concerned owner in the second run syndrome, so it was the best way to run him today and give him a very easy run to get the second run syndrome out of his way without hurting him
I really think he will see out the 2200m journey. He will have a good joc on board to bring him home., don't write him off I can PROMISE he's very alive on that day. ..My monies will surely be on him. .

Mike, Blou and mac, nice to see guys with good words, so go mentor you finish the race with Love Struck on DJD. Not to many people have the opportunity to own a Durban July runner, LS has brought you this far be proud when you see him in the parade ring on July Day and with your other runners to on the day, don't miss out. See you this weekend.

Mentor maybe you could comment on why Laff tipped Lovestruck first and told the public he expected him to win if he was going to give him a soft run. Surely this is misleading the public?

The trainer cant exactly announce to the public that the horse is not racing to win surely.
