Last chance to get a Pick 6 carryover for Saturday and with the big open fields today I think we might just get some free money for Saturday. I am expecting a few upsets today but should be an interesting day's racing. (tu)

A very competitive card for the most part and I could make a case for plenty in quite a few of the races. I like the number 11 today...
Semi-idiot yankee...
R4 11 Rainbow Dash
R5 11 Free As A Bird
R6 11 Imperial State
R7 3 Smart Colleen (I have the 11 to be second :
)
Others at decent prices I will most likely nibble... R3 4 Polly Porch (poss much improved with blinkers last time and is now 3rd run after a rest); R5 8 Azaniah (possibly a different beast on good ground); R6 2 Gold Academy (ignore last run); R7 16 Whale Cove :
(draw, weight, may come on for last run - or may get hit by 2nd run after rest syndrome); R8 10 Bertie's Weekly (draw, going, and - MMHW - if you like Catwalk Model, beaten 4.55 by Mission House over 1400 from 1 box now drawn 13, same race BW beaten 4.85 from 13 now drawn 4 and was returning from rest, further 4 lengths behind to 8th Man but again poor draw and was on yielding which BW may not have liked).
Most fancied for straight win, R3 12 Cotton Country but not 100% confident
Be(s)t of luck to all (tu)

With all the discussions around finding outsiders, and members not posting, for what it's worth, I think a decent place double could be on GW Ennion's only 2 runners for the day.
Race 3 Mystical Moon. Back from a rest and we have full moon coming up in the next couple of days.
Race 5 Black Kitten. Also back from a rest and King Karl riding at good odds.
I will be taking a decent place bet and small win/place combos.
And no, my selections are not based on any superstitious views.

It's not the 1st (or the last race) that I am too concerned about... it's the ones in the middle :
I have lots of ??? on races 3 - 7 and expecting basically anything to happen there..
Races in order of difficulty for me easiest to difficult
R2; R1; R8; R6; R5; R7: R3: R4
Have only 2 horses in the front & back of the Pa BUT in the middle I am :S:S:S
