I wonder if the NHA will come to the conclusion that the start rules need revision...........and whose input they will use..............it is time for qualified regulators!!!!!

suggestion:If a horse cannot stand in the stalls unassisted it should be declared intractable until schooled well enough to do so .........too much bullsh!t over the years with horses been held in the stalls! (and open to abuse)
