I never had the chance to go to Ascot ,but remember all those horses mentioned. I left Zim in 1979 but had the pleasure of seeing horses race like Chesterfield,Credit squeeze, Numerator and the Freddy Maisch machines that Ivan Moore and Roddy England used to ride. Jimmy Anderson was riding at the time as well

Morning all!Name is Ryan and I'm 32 years old.I work in the IT industry but been around racing all my life.Had the pleasure of running around Andre Heyn's stable and the Milnerton yard with the likes of Aldo Domeyer,Robert Khati,Devon Ashby,Sihle Cele and Luke Coleman while they were still learning the trade.I remember Richard Fourie was still headboy at the academy.My uncle had a few horses at different stables.

Have a few favourite horses but the stand out race for me was Wolf whistle against Yard Arm with Kevin Shea and Stryker aboard on Summer Cup day.

My all time favourite jock is Bernard and when Garth Puller was around. Always bewildered by all the horse stories especially the wins by Muis Roberts on Mtoto.

Hi All. I am Devon Patrix, born in Durban and lived throughout the fatherland but have been living in New Zealand for the past 12 years. Started racing when I was just 8 years old and been hooked for 45 since.
Have seen many champions in this life racing including Winx. Black Caviar and South African champs such as Gatecrasher, politician, Horse Chestnut and the Galloping Goldmine.
My younger brother owns a few horses including a grade one winner and some good ones such as She's a Giver and Someone Exciting which just won.
Hope to return to the Vaderland soon
