ah i see what you mean. ok, I can't sign it. Here is my reason and I will probably get shot down for it: Your team is only as good as its directive, strategy and management. I think instead that some changes in the strategy at the controlling body is needed. I suspect that Mr Rutherford's hands are tied in some way to some forces that we are not privy to, and am sure he is not a stupid man?
How Tellytrack is serving the industry - you need to ask the controlling force what their drive and strategy is and whether it is, as a service/tool under their control, directed correctly or is it a mis-fit. Clearly it is a mis-fit, hence the mess. Having said that, the mis-fit may not be Tellytrack, it may be Phumelela? What is Tellytrack MEANT to do and who are they MEANT to serve? Or is Phumelela just using it as a vehicle for their own benefit wholly, instead of partially? IMO, They (Phum, not Ken) have to get the mix right.
