I know he has his detractors here but when Frank says the horse is decent I sit up and take notice imo one of the better judges in the game (tu) good luck to the new partner on his impeccable timing :)

Would your boet have factored in the point that the horse was rested for 9 months after his first run suffering from Pharynjitis or would he have conveniently ignored it for impact value??
