After my R1 #1 Lunar Lady WON and picked the qrt 1st 4 past the post on the 1st 4 form ratings :)-D

Not much to go by for Race 2 but it does look like a procession for the Favo

RATINGS ON 1) FORM & 2) INTENT for CLAIRWOOD Race 2

Form:
#3 Mighty Var - 9 points
#1 Colchester - 2 points
#2 - Kings Bay - 1 point
#5 - Zillid Warrior - 1 point

Intent:

rACE 2 Kings bay (great 2 year old sire and mother produced speedy sort by silvano.....kings bay even better bred for speed)

I backed the 2 but the 3 certainly looks like it knows what racing is all about.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Sturgeon needs his head read, not that he would have won the race but he allows his mount to just canter the first third of the race before getting stuck into it - did he not realise this was a 800m dash. The winner was on his bicycle from the get-go and even had enough distance to hang at the end:S
