At this early stage it's going to take a lot of luck for Man City to defend the crown this season. Don't be surprised to see Mancini given the boot if they fail to stop conceding early to all and sundry even at home [remember QPR last game of last season].

Back to the drawing boards now Mancini, let's have more consistency and commitment from the lads. A lot of last season sparkle not evident in a few players and with no Champion or Europa League pressures, it will be a disaster if this expensive squad fail to bring any silverware home this season.
