DOOMS DAY 21st DECEMBER 2012

I actually know someone who purports to believe in this December date issue which is related to the so-called Mayan calendar. This individual has shifted from a doomsday scenario to something simpler called a 'shift in consciousness'. When you actually listen to this person speak you realise that the world is full of whack jobs who can't be bothered to get a real job and make a meaningful contribution to society...

Richie heard a joke about the 2nd coming the other day, thought it was great, here it is:

A young Catholic girl went to confession and declared that she was pregnant. He asked "How did this happen, my child?" She said "I think it must be the second coming". The priest, shocked by this reply asked "What makes you think this has anything to do with the Second Coming?" She replied "Because I swallowed the first one..."
