Why do Hollywoodbets have so much BS

If by chance you are the only winning ticket in a 1million Rand P6 will hollywood pay out ?

My point is what ever their policy is they would never say to a client that they have diff limits for diff players whether it is true or not..

But only R500k which is their limit of liability

James FSconline.co.za would have taken your bet with pleasure and asked if you would like some more. Bettingworld also would certainly not get scared of that bet either

guilty as charged...had my PVR on pause and forgot to "catch up" to real time and couldnt work out why the race had been closed early when i tried to have a bet...not a place...I cant even back a winner after result

phoned my bookie yesterday asked for a bet in Epsom race 4 . He said i saved money and told me what won the 5th as well !

Happened to me a few times.

i have had the same problem a few times with hollywood.....i have also had issues with regards to withdrawals, to the point that it actually ended up costing me 100k that was in the acc.....im no b.shttr....i spend big at hollywood, let the powers that be at hollywood check...if they value their clients, i suggest they beef up on thier staffs knowledge and also their approach to the way they deal with their patrons....

there were also times in which i called thru bets that were over the limit of 10k, and the operator messes about or tells me their system is too slow, and guess what, the horse wins, my bet doesnt go thru......i have also had an issue with a sports bet i had taken, where hollywood offers betting on australian matches (soccer) to which their sport event team told me a few times that they had no way of confirming the results cos those teams and leagues are too small, then why offer the bet? the bet then wins, which i had to locate the results myself and call it thru, had to give them website etc...had to win had won by 3 goals to 1...hollywood comes back to me saying the losing team walked off or forfeited to winning team in last min of match so they cratch it, thus bringing my payout down.....
now, how would any of the punters on here like it if they wanted to withdraw their money, and just because hollywood doesnt have the most competent staff, it ends up costing you 100k...these are not inflated figures...

Hollywood did send me an email explaining what happened.
I do accept their explanation, not that I agree with it.

I see that there are some suggestion that I am lying about the fact that the person I spoke to did say that there are different limits, although Hollywood denied it in the email I got, they are welcome to go and listen to the recording as every call is taped, isn't it?I also do have thee persons name I talked to.

I feel we can find fault in all bookmakers, I usually bet with betting world and had a massive dispute with them a few months ago. In a particular race two horses had been scratched and moved to the bottom of the board with scratched next to it I backed my fancy only to after it won see a 25% deduction on one of the scratched horses. When I queried it the told me the horse was scratched at 11:26 officially but the only processed the scratching at 11:59 my bet was placed at 11:43. They told me I got a good price for the horse anyway and argued to the point where I have up as it wasn't a huge amount of money. I asked them why they didn't suspend the betting while they did adjusted betting. They said they generally keep the race open and I must factor in any adjustments to scratched horses into the price I take.
