Maybe they just have the needle to yet another successful commercial enterprise which they have attempted to legislate out of business to score a handful of populist votes!
British American Tobbacco shares have risen in value by 40% and the dividend by 15% in the last year.
Doubt whether South Africa Incorporated can claim the same results. Lol.

What is the take on the " HUBBLY BUBBLY". I have seen youngsters in public places on the beach etc. puffing away girls included like it's an IN thing, cool, etc.Personally never smoked and would like others to respect non-smokers with regards to Passive smoking.

Evidently the Hubbly has no tobacco or nicotine substances in it, your point on respecting non smokers with regard to passive smoking in a very valid one but surely in open parks and the like it affects nobody other then the smoker??

Don't be fooled those HUBBLY BUBBLY are a big way to openly smoke DOPE.....the ZOL is easily mixed with the fruity tobacco and does not smell like ZOL....we have many deliquents in our area doing it in the parks and at home in front of mom and dad.....

If using a cellphone is illegal while driving then surely smoking, reading, oral sex etc should be added?

Hubbly's do contain nicotine and an insert on cart Blanche stated that they we're more harmful than cigs. Can't understand witch hunt 8% of the chinese government revenue comes from taxes on cigs imagine what a shocking state governments would be in if they didn't collect that money. Many years ago met an elderly guy who worked for rothmans and he told me the sole purpose of cig companies was to collect tax for the government(he was there in the 50's when he had to buy the tax stamps at the post office)

I, myself, served 15 years with BAT. When I gave up smoking I had to dispose of the lighter and not the cigarettes as I planned 25 million cigarettes per day. As we only had less than 20% of the market, the total market must have been 125 million cigarettes per day.
