Hollywood are thinking out of the box imo. You never really want to have a punter carry large sums of cash with him.

Rob, once again you are spot on. A fair compromise should be reached but an EFT is a good idea for me!

I queried Hollywood via "contact us" as Rob suggested. This was there reply: No that is not true. We will pay anything below 25k. From 25k and above you will need to bring in FICA documentation which will be certified ID copy and proof of residence and then a EFT will be done.

Titch,I knew Ettienne well but Ronnie only vaguely(as punters we all recognised each other,by sight, on course)
Amother we raced with in those days wasTony Abrahams (Abie)..........his boss didn't want him to race so he turned Pro..............................................still is I am told...........haven't spoken to him for years!

As far as I know Tony has turned it up,but I do stand under correction.That was when he was playing poker online.I'm not sure what the case is now that the poker has been canned.

THEY DID SEND ME AN EMAIL TO FIND OUT MY PROBLEM AND I APPRECIATE THAT, HAS RESPONDED WITH DETAIL.

As a business owner I sometimes also do find that my staff do not traet my customers with the respect they deserve with out me knowing it and when the customer complain I try and rectify the problem, but at the same time we are all human and make mistakes.
