winzip I know how you feel been there a few times but also on the other end of the coin. I usually would rather accumulate a few matches with teams odds at 5/10 tha take the -5 at 19/20. If a team is more than 10 points favorites I very seldom back the favorite team on the handicap. I prefer to back teams outright in closer matches and leave the handicap alone. Don't back in every game there will be 3 or 4 games you may fancy a team strongly so rather only play the games you feel comfortable with.
I agree with you nothing in gambling is easy but like racing if you put the time in to study the matches you can do well. By studing the matches I mean looking at weather predictions, past results between sides, current form, key personal injuries, what each team has to play for and several other aspects. I would rather take 5/10 in a two horse race with no tax than 5/10 in a 12 horse race with a tax deduction.

ok thx.i normally bet on handicap getting 9/10 but its a gamble as bookies normally hv handicap spot on and it becomes a gamble.i hear wat u saying and it makes perfect sense so i will watch 1st few weeks to get a sense of wat teams to follow and then i will fire using your strategy.
