Lucky... I lived in Pretoria for 6-7 years so I know what a robot is in SA
and what begging for bucks by them means too... in England its more a bottle of cider on a park bench, I give myself a couple of years...
And yes, it was really all about the draw Lucky. You all know SA racing better than me so I won't be giving any trade secrets away... if you look at Olympia's previous form the draws were far from good, today he was in trap one, big difference. If you then look at his Vaal run, the adjusted time was 101.34, if you compare that with the times for Lady Lyn at the Vaal they are fairly comparable, one horse was up at 66s, the other one at about 2s, its a no brainer for me even though I know there's more to it and more often than not the no hoper will be exactly that, occasionally they pop up though and when they do they certainly help pay for a lot of losers!
