Is a different kettle of fish running a straight 1400m's ... and the only ride Simons had on this horse was dismal (okay, against stronger and in the soft to be fair) ... If a parachute was not on Straw Markets back i would have been more bullish... but have NOT bankered Kavanagh.

Simons a kak jockey. Period. Yes it was Striker on Snowdon but any other jock could of kept Kavanagh going.

I wonder if Delpech was on Kavanagh's back and not Simon's if the result would have been different.

Magi, Simon's has ridden Kavanagh twice winning on the 9th Feb last year.

Very harsh imo - the best horse on the day won - as opposed to the previous race where the best jock won
