Blue no man i did not back it . I get scared punting these unraced babies !! How did that win though ! The jockey did not move a muscle and in a fast time !!!

As for Divine jet . He can run in the first three . Hell he can even win that race . He is probably the best 3yo in the Kannemeyer stable . Why ? First let me say this is my own theory /opinion . Aulula borealis was raced with the older horses imo DK now has a line with the older horses and knows how good his 3yo's are. Liancourt Rock raced in the selengor cup and got well beaten. He has a line on the top local 3yo's now Divine jet is the ace up DK's sleeve . Only he and his staff know how far Divine jet beats Liancourt rock at home .

At 2 Variety club could not beat Gimmethegreenlight .Gtgl's time figures early in his carreer where comparative to that of a top older horse . In my opinion the horse lost his sparkle in kzn . The soft conditions did not suit him in the big race and the ride he got from Felix was questionable .Remember in the past Justin Snaith regretting taking his top 2yo's to kzn . For some reason they would not fire .

Gimmetgl then returns to the cape were he runs a cracker under top weight going down to Depardieu . He then runs close up to Variety club in the selengor where for some reason the jock gave him a mountain to climb that day and only Marcus's masterful riding skills beat him .I'ts worth noting that the selengor mile was run in a very fast time ,something close to when Mother russia won the Queens plate .This time has not been repeated since then. Also the field was very much detatched at the finish of the selengor .Racing a little handier Gimmetgl will make them run .He could reverse it with Variety club ,who himself has done nothing wrong .

Silver flyer is also imo somewhat of a freak . Did you see how he won the dingaans ? Glen hatt could not pull the horse up at the finish ,Silver flyer nearly pulled his arms out .He could mo them all down at the finish come saturday .He too put up a very impressive time that day . The problem is he has to travel to the cape where generally our horses don't do that well . He is classy though and he has so much scope .

I can't seperate Gimmetgl and Siver flyer . My third choice is Variety club then i will go with the Jet .

I could have it all wrong .It would not be the first time ! May the best horse win !!!

Oscar I spoke to Gary today, they have it on the Kenilworth thread at the bottom race 7 and 8 but it's rather tucked away and no offers from the bookies at this stage
