I don't know if it also applies at Jebel Ali, but there is such a thing as a free Pick 6 or Pick 7 in Dubai. Because it's free it is not classified as gambling (you don't stand to lose anything) and therefore satisfies the religious ban on wagering - as far as I understand it. However, I'm not sure if this isn't only available at Meydan?

Jebel Ali has been coming to us courtesy of something called SIS, whose presenter insists on yapping until after every race has jumped and where the coverage is frankly even worse than Tellytrack's. I didn't think it was possible, but wonders never cease.

Dog racing is the best part, far better than trotts, they run on time, takes 30 secs, weather no prob, if we need to increase turnover dogs over trotts any day
