Thandolwami got stuck in the mud! Course was very wet by then and I take my hat off to the jockeys for keeping going.Normally they would have stopped after the 4th. Kurt the track manager has done a great job on the track too. Another 60mls fell on the course last night so need plenty sun for Tuesday.

luckily there was no betting if the meeting would have been completed last night as i would have done my life...well done to all concerned for getting through it...however it would be interesting if they took a pen reading after the 7th race and like they do in cricket with the light use that as the benchmark in the future for greyville...
