A couple of examples of NHA incompetency and lack of adequate regulation might be very timeous if sent by the forum ,in the form of a petition to the Dept. of Trade and Industry to be considered while they are deliberating about the need for an independant body......more useful than a court case right now!

The NHRA is our "independent" body, in that they are not accountable to those who supply the funds.
They operate in a manner completely described by the published rules.
Even if you took them to court, they can only be judged as to how they interpreted their own rules, as they are empowered by law. As a rule their findings bind you the same a a court would, and challenges have to go to a higher "court".

Yip, new Consumer Protection Act, why not?
Also, if it can be proved that the connections were unjustly enriched at your expense then you can go after that connection. This is case/custom law and we have discussed this on several forums.
But something's bugging me, a clansman says the horse carried the correct weight for its win. If so, why did the NHRA repudiate the result?
(Has Northern Hemisphere age been considered? That might even make it worse? ).

Great ideas guys but I still see no names on the list.
I am serious about this.
As a matter of fact I stopped punting that day because of that, has not put a cent on since.
sick and tired of being robbed of my money that is why I am so serious about this.
We need to act

Ask Robert? de Broglio. He's passionate about racing.

James Blond, if I suffered from this race you can have my name. But I didnt even know about the race until I read the forum. You need to find those punters who did suffer in the race and form a class action. Your class action will be useless, I think, if anyone joined your class. Or really do speak to de Broglio, he's widely advertised, allbeit for the Road Accident Fund.
