Ok guys, i do apologise about the harsh attack on Vinder. My bad....i suppose he is just following his orders, but I will stand by what I said that he should be more pro-active and realise what an important role he plays in the industry. Anyway.
Ruffian - I can understand your frustration, but there must be a reason for them cutting your limits? I understand the UK market, and maybe you guys have been spotted as being "arbsters"....basically because the UK market pricing system is completely different to that of South Africa's, they do things in a totally different way. You guys know what you are doing and probably know when there is going to be early support for a horse, due to your good knowledge and experience of the game, or inside info. In the UK, if a horse shortens, it happens over a good few hours and due to the large liquaidity on Betfair, those punters who took the early price are closely monitored. Now, because in SA we have the most ridiculous claims system, if you take say, 7-1 on a horse in the morning, and then it gets claimed, and wins, they will see that as an "arbster" because THEY (VC & SB) DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE SA CLAIMS SYSTEM! So, because you guys have plenty of experience in the SA racing market, you have a very good idea that a horse is over-priced, and so you think it is good value, and therefore have a strike. This happened to me with Coral and Bet365. I hope I am making sense.
And as you say, I am a good friend of makes, and in the same token as Dean Vinder, he may have been given intructions and guidelines by his boss.....so maybe it is them you should be criticizing, just something to think about.
Anyway, I do not want to get on anyone's bad side. I am not having a go at anyone. These topics are always good to discuss and get other people's opinions. I hope you can get on with the UK bookies again. Happy Punting.
Cheers
PS - Super Storm shit in in the Cup Trial this weekend.

As I mentioned earlier - I wasn't backing hot horses. A third of the money I won from them was in running in a rugby match. I never play sport, but South Africa went 16/10 and i had a go. (they still drifted further after my bet)
When my limit was cut I got no phone call or e-mail. I had to try and contact them. That's not what I call top class customer service.
As for Shezi, the difference between him and Dean Finder is that Shezi continually promoted his website on these threads, while ducking questions about cutting accounts.
I don't want to fight either Primal. Have a great weekend. If you don't mention Sportingbet again, I won't reply about them.
