Where on the South coast are you UD - I am in Shelly Beach and it has not stopped raining this morning, Ground is properly soaked and soft. If it is anything like this Clairwood side then throw your formguides in the bin because they wont race

Hi Dave, just got in from Jhb and it is raining hard here at home in Hillcrest. Clairwood reception says slight drizzle but that
could be inside the office!

lol. That's so true thank you Craig as for my fellow clansmen even if racing do take place today i think you can take your form books form the bins (inc. Alcaponee) and probably LAY most original favourites and start analysing donkies running well in soft. Today should pay well if racing goes over the full 1-9 races carded, enjoy :-)

Days like these I'm glad I'm not a jock ..... been wasting since early morning, some of them travelled from Jhb.

So what happens to the features? Will they be rescheduled?

Yes, Features are rescheduled. Often the noms are opened again and draws also done again. Hopefully the features get run at the same course as originally carded, as we have had feature races moved to other tracks too

I would like to see the Strelitzia run at Scottsville so that it is a more appropriate prep for the Allan Robertson. That makes sense, so it probably won't happen!

Rumours abound it might be. 27th is one day rumoured. the problem is that it might be too close to the Debutantes (grade 2).
