What do you guys think? on the grounds of what has been happening with objections of late should there be an objection at the Vaal?
I backed Wild Swan and I say there should be an objection
Thoughts?

I think there will be an objection - not so sure it will be upheld

Having a look at the replay I think the objection is justified, but the winning margin and the amount that Dily's Delight had to ease makes me think that they will NOT uphold the objection.
Just my opinion

Hey Tommy,
I'm standing a double Spice Club and Dilys Delight but I felt that Wild Swan was holding Dilys all the way to the line. But who knows what will happen.

Kabz,
I'm sure your double is worth more than my single bet, so I hope you get it. Either way I have the QT, so I'm not really fussed.
All the best dude!

There is again something funny going on with the dividends.
After the horses had crossed the line and the objection was already lodged I had a look at what Wild Swan and others was paying. The race said "Race Closed" and Wild Swan was paying R7.30 a win and R3.00 a place. When the dividends were declared the state changed to R4.50 a win and R1.70 a place...............
Maybe my eyes are not as they once were?

The dividends just don't make any sense anymore.
Now they have an extra avenue to blame the erratic swings on......the new All to Come bet!!!!
We stand two chances. A dogs chance and no chance!!!
Stick to the bookmakers boys, stick to the bookmakers!
