Some interesting racing at Turffies today - most seem to think that the Laird 'hotties' are unbeatable; I might end up with egg all over my face (nothing new there), but big dividends surely on offer if both (or even only one) get beat. Some thoughts:
R3: Impeccably bred Mar Lodge (who lost a few lengths on what was probably an 'educational' debut) does not have to be too good to beat these.
R4: Some confusing ratings in this novice plate; I think Maxine has the capability to beat these if she handles the track, but healthy respect for Tricia's Spur (who is well in on official ratings) and Without Malice (who in my view is better than rated).
R5: Sports Coach the obvious one, but comes back from a rest and a gelding and could be troubled by Captain's Key who is effective over this trip and has the benefit of a recent run
R6: Nova Zembla all the rage; but has not been tested against this class of filles - she could prove up to the task but is no value imo
R7: Competitive; imo Sir Lowry should go close from a good draw; Latin Stripe each way value at these odds
R8: Up and coming youngsters Jet Jamboree and Fort Jefferson comes up against older horses - perhaps Nicodemus the value - load up
R9: Intercontinental the right one imo - only Inquest and Platin shape up as real dangers while the filly Qui Duel (probably better over 1400) could place
Play well

Stan Elly in the second is place value at Durbanville - I rated Sports Coach as the top juvenile last term and if gelding helps and the stable finds form no race

its called fark the viewer, profits first viewers second. Sky break away for adds in the middle of conversation and ITV even missed the England goal against the USA in WC. I wish that the TV had an add muncher like we can install on these racing sites. Trying to read racingweb is a monumental burden with all those adds. Just use add muncher like I do.
