I can bet you that our 26 is much much hotter than your 28. You would be surprised how hot the UK can get at times. No sea breeze to talk of. I laugh at you blokes when its 12 and you complain how cold it is. Try minus 15 with the wind blowing and the snow driving. Short sleeve weather for us
If it really gets cold here...we put on two pairs of shorts....
