Would want to see Messi in EPL...I think he will struggle as defenders will put the boot into him early and the niggles he had this year will become more common...he does not have the size for the physical working over he is sure to get in EPL, especially early in career in England...much more physical league and defenders don't stand off players like they do in Spain...

He had the physical size to add to technical ability...Messi has exceptional technical ability and pace but a few injuries takes away the pace...remember how Michael Owen was never the same player once injuries accumulated and these are more likely to afflict Messi in England than in Spain...

I am not sure what the delay is.

I think that they wont get him otherwise it would have been done already unless they are crossing the t's and dotting the i's. They will definitely be getting a top class manager within the next few weeks as they cannot afford to make the same mistake as they did by appointing Moyes.

Just heard Saurez say that his full attention is on the world cup when asked where he will be playing next season. If he was staying at Liverpool he would have said that he was looking forward to playing with them in the Champs league. Real Madrids new striker,
